Evangeline (Evie) Harbury finished her training at Le Cordon Bleu, London in 2016 and has since been working as a home economist, food stylist, recipe developer and chef. Originally from Bath, brought up between England and Czech Republic, by an eccentric epicure of a father and an avant-guard, creative, baking mother, Evie is now an East London based Bohemian (and has adopted some of these qualities).
Evie works on both film and stills as a food stylist and home economist. Her culinary knowledge is broad, thanks to the opportunities she has had working with incredibly experienced people in the industry. With her hunger for creating the most beautiful food, the most delicious plate, the most satisfying creation in whatever form, each day is a bit of an adventure.
